As a professional mental health counselor with a Master’s degree in Applied Counseling Psychology, my current primary role is as a member of the faculty at Yokohama International School. Through one-on-one and group counseling sessions, parenting workshops, and wellness education, my focus is to empower individuals and families with the tools necessary for personal growth and resilience.
